Recover Old Apple Id without phone number or trusted devices

Hello :)

I try to recover my old apple ID from years ago but I do not know my old phone number.

I was travelling and changed my phone number to a temporary local number thats why I don’t have a clue what the number is. I also do not have any trusted devices linked to the apple id.

I now try to recover the apple id but get stuck on the 2fa asking for my phone number.

I do know the password of the account.

Is there anything I can do to recover my account without knowing the phone number?
