Unable to force it to restart

Please see Restart your Apple Watch - Apple Support. If it seems reluctant, be more persistent and patient while holding the buttons.

If it has not restored after you hold the buttons for about 1 minute it is possible you have a hardware problem, like a defective button. If that happens the only option is contact Apple support and start arranging repair.

If you cannot do a force restart and your apple watch is not turning on, try and charge it for a while and try the force restart again. If this is not working, please Contact - Official Apple Support to set up hardware service
