screen font to large - can't move or unlock and tapping the screen does not help

Double-tap the screen with THREE fingers. Then go to Settings/Accessibility and turn off Zoom. You can also scroll the screen with 3 fingers while it is zoomed.

Is this the entire iPhone? Or is it just an app? Swipe two fingers together on the screen. It will zoom out, if already zoomed in.
