How can I reset my iPhone if I flash it and I forgot the pin and the iCloud password but still have the email on my phone

im trying to login on other devices it says invalid email

You will need to recover access to your Apple ID / iCloud account. No way around this if you had Find My turned on.

Then enter the reset password for your Apple ID at the Activation Lock screen on your iPhone during set up.
