I have purchased an i Tune for ringtones. Transaction have been completed and I have received confirmation but I can’t set a ringtone as the section downloads is showing empty. I hope you can help me to solve it please.

If you have received an invoice from Apple, on every invoice from the Apple Store and/or iTunes Store always states what you have purchased (and/or concerns a subscription) and the amount.
