delete icloud backup?

I just upgraded my iphone from a 7 to 13. I had no cloud storage and deleted a bunch of pictures and videos but it only brought it down to 4.3 from the 5. When I go the Icloud storage under Backups, there are 3 backups referenced. One says Iphone, no #, but last backup was in August 2022 so it must be my Iphone 7, has 2.2 GB. The other two are my Ipad and it says "This Phone" If I delete the backup from August 2022, will be Ipad or new Iphone 13 be affected? Thank you.

Deleting backups of an old device doesn't affect any other devices.
