Running Ventura 15.5 & Safari 16.6 on a 2023 Mac Studio M2 Max. When accessing the Fox News site, the hand selection cursor turns to an arrow after five seconds. After that, nothing can be selected. Anyone else having this problem/solution?

That site loads and runs just fine despite it being overwhelmed by junk advertisements typical of most "news" websites.
Rather than asking if anyone else is experiencing the same problem I suggest you exhaust all the suggestions in If Safari doesn't open a page or work as expected on your Mac - Apple Support, even those that appear to be inapplicable or trivial.
