If I send my daughter an invite to join my Apple family sharing, will she lose all her music that she currently has under Apple Music?

No. Her subscription will continue. If you have a family level Apple Music or Apple One subscription she can cancel her subscription (if it does not do so automatically) and be covered by yours. The critical thing is she always be covered by at least one subscription at all times.
