Wife not receiving HomeKit notifications
My wife is not receiving HomeKit notifications. It’s working fine for my son and I. She has notifications turned on for each of the devices (ie the doors being locked and unlocked).

I have the same problem.
My wife gets all notifications but on my iPhone I do not get doorbell notifications, others are working.
Furthermore my iPad is also working fine.
things I tried:
I’d recommend checking that the Home app itself is allowing notifications on her phone. This is separate from enabling device notifications directly in the Home app.
On iOS or iPadOS, go to Settings > Notifications > Home. Make sure notifications are enabled in this area.
I have the same issues too with my wife - I receive Home notifications for our doorbell but she does not. Checked her notification settings and all appear okay - even tried signing her out of iCloud and back in - nothing
