Are these in your iCloud Keychain?

Re-Enable Keychain:

On your iPhone, first disable then enable Keychain.  Go here: How to Turn On iCloud Keychain - Apple Support

your iPhone does not replace your brain, you still need to know the passwords

When you need a password the next time, enter it, then you are asked, if you want to store it again
