Hi,

I just wonder if you purchased new MacBook Pro from Apple Authorized Reseller or none Apple Authorized Reseller.

If you purchased from Apple Authorized Reseller, try to contact Apple Support to tell them you can't get AppleCare for your MacBook Pro.
