I am not receiving emails on my iphone or ipad
I can send emails to my own email account but I do not recieve emails from others or from sites to which i have subscribed like the NY Times

A. Go Here: If you can't Send or Receive eMails on your iPhone - Apple Support
B. Use of an App Password:
