Numbers Scrolling Failure

I have a Numbers Spreadsheet that I fill in each day for income and expenses. 375 Rows and 14 Columns.

I can no longer access the early rows as it won't scroll up past row 163. I use it with shared iCloud between my devices. iOS and MacOS. Previous years versions seem to be working, the spreadsheet seems to be totalling correctly even though I can't access rows 1-162. The fixed header still appears so the data appears to be OK.

Anyone else have this problem, am I missing something obvious?

Click in the table and then click the concentric circle "bulls-eye" to its upper left and drag it down. Then you should be able to see all the rows in the table again.
