Everything I try to print from my iPhone sends to my printer on legal size paper, which I don't use, and it won't allow me to change it to letter size paper. Please help, as I am unable to print anything at all from my phone.

Unfortunately, based on the pics I just uploaded, I still get no option to change the paper size. This is very odd because it’s the same printer I’ve had and printed to for the last several years.

Can I print information to standard letter size 81/2 x 11in?
Phone won’t let me print to my Epson printer in any other size then letter. Even for photos
iPhone 12 Pro with HP Deskjet Printer 3830 with Airprint.
