Why ain’t my watch pairing with my phone
Watch is stuck on the software update it says it won’t verify because it’s not on Wi-Fi but won’t connect to Wi-Fi either.

If you see 'Unable to Verify Update' when updating Apple Watch - Apple Support
First, make sure that your Apple Watch is connected to the Internet—either through your iPhone, or directly via Wi-Fi or cellular. Also, make sure the iPhone is nothing used as a Hotspot.
