Mail settings screen too wide, no green button, and cannot be adjusted

Could you try quitting the Mail app via Mail > Quit Mail, then try relaunching the app while holding the Shift key and see if that resolves it? (This will prevent any previously opened windows from reopening).

Check in System Setting >> Display

Has the uses changed " Resolution " to some something not supported

Is this computer using the Builtin Display or is it connected to an External Monitor ?

  • 1440 by 900

And you did relaunch while holding the Shift/Alt key?

Would you be able to take a screen shot? Just to confirm…..it’s only the window that appears when you click Mail > Settings? And it’s not an issue if you don’t open the Mail Settings?

I have a possible fix, but just based on similar symptoms on the previous OS but that info, (And a possible screen shot), may help, thanks!

You do realize, you could be helping another user with the same or similar issue

Let me guess - it was already in Full Screen Mode

The old ESC key on keyboard exists Full Screen Mode
