Did you previously install macOS 12.x Monterey while the original Apple OEM SSD was installed? If not, then there is no easy way to do so now while a third party internal SSD is installed. If your original Apple OEM SSD still works, then reinstall that SSD so you can install macOS 12.x Monterey so that the system firmware can be updated (installation can be to either the internal SSD or an external drive....the important thing is the original Apple OEM SSD is installed internally the first time you install macOS 12.x Monterey to this laptop).

After macOS 12.x Monterey has been installed at least one time....the system firmware will be updated. Now you can install macOS Monterey with a third party internal SSD. The macOS Monterey installer will refuse to run with a third party SSD installed internally if the system firmware needs to be updated.
