My iPhone 13 portrait camera doesn’t have the zoom option in it, I can’t zoom and and also can’t zoom out

I feel you don’t understand me yet, the 1x, 2x and 3x options that let you zoom in and out in isn’t available on my iPhone 13 when I switch to portrait mode.. Just like it is shown in this image below
