I bought a second hand 2019 MacBook Pro, I’m finding it very difficult to get anywhere with it, I’m not exactly computer literate! I’m having a issue with Bluetooth not supported, can thi be overcome?

Is "Bluetooth not supported" the exact error message? BT is certainly supported on a 2019 Mac, but it may be broken.
