Yahoo Mail won’t load using cellular

So this morning my yahoo mail stopped working. I use safari on my iPhone for yahoo email and for some reason it says “safari can’t open the page because the server can’t be found”

I tried using the iPhone mail app, downloading the yahoo mail app, I updated the iPhone software and still nothing works

BUT when I switch to Wi-Fi connection it works with no problem and loads my email with safari & the yahoo app

Any ideas why it won’t load with cellular but will with Wi-Fi ? (I need it to work with cellular)

iPhone SE, iOS 16

Hi z14sniperz,

As we understand it, you're having issues accessing your Yahoo mail through both Safari and the Mail and Yahoo Mail apps, and you've already ensured your iPhone is running iOS 16.6.1 under Settings > General > About. Is that right?

If other apps and website are working as expected, you might need to contact Yahoo for assistance with their email service. However, to rule out a few possibilities, tap Settings > Cellular and make sure that Cellular Data is turned on at the top. Also, scroll down and make sure that Safari and the mail apps you mentioned are toggled on.

If you use a VPN, you may also want to test with that temporarily disconnected. You can Settings > General > VPN & Device Management to check if you've installed VPN software.

If cellular data is on and you do not have a VPN active, your best bet will be to reach Yahoo next: How to contact an app developer - Apple Support

Best wishes.
