Previewing songs on iTunes for Windows
When I click on a song when I am on iTunes, I get a spinning circle and the song never loads. My connectivity is fine. I even ran diagnostics and it shows it is working.

Troubleshooting:
Make sure your Windows PC is up to date.
Update to the latest version of iTunes
Update to the latest version of iTunes for Windows 10 – Apple Support (UK)

Check the Wi-Fi connection.
If they are On, turn Off Hotspot & VPN
Disable all AV & Firewalls temporarily.
