Out of sudden the screen started flickering and then turned green. No physical damage or even a mark of scratch on new phone. The touch is still working but not able to do anything with the phone now. It is under warranty.
Restarted the phone 3-4 times but still no luck. It is seriously a big issue and have seen similar posts regarding this. Is anyone experience the same?

In addition to restarting, the steps under "If your iPhone turns on but gets stuck during start up" may help. When prompted be sure to choose "Update" as that will keep your data in place: If your iPhone won't turn on or is frozen - Apple Support
