The school has a batch of shared iPads. After they were automatically updated to IOS 17, they would be updated every time they were restarted, and the Bluetooth display was unavailable. The MDM cannot obtain the information that it has updated IOS17 and cannot perform remote reset.
is there any solution

I used the same MDM PROFILE, DFU RESET the two problematic IPADs, and reinstalled IOS17
There is no problem at all when reinstalling MDM through DEP.
Only IPADs automatically upgraded from 16.6.1 will have problems.

Check form updates for the MDM package, and then contact the organization supporting the particular MDM.
I would again encourage checking for updates, and then contacting whoever is maintaining the app.
Which MDM is being used? Jampf, mobileiron, intune, relution?
We have exactly the same problem here.
Not all MDM providers provide Zero Day support for new OS releases. Often platforms take a week or more to support newer OS versions.
