I have a question so I let a stranger use my iPhone to call someone because her phone didn’t have WiFi, so I gave it to her but I didn’t watch her while she was using it she used it about 3 minutes do u think she could of put a virus or hacked my iPhone while she was on it? Or could she have stolen information in my phone?

It is unlikely they could have jailbroken your phone in three minutes. Could they have sent files from your phone? Sure.
