Time machine show in menu bar do not activeate after Co: suystem setting /control /Time Machine show in menu Nothing happening

after downloading ventura again( after calling apple) we were supposed to have Time machine in teh menu bar by doing: System Setting/ control center/Timr machine ?show in menu bar ..nothing happening

Macbookair M2 16GB ventura 13.5.2 howcome we did a whole Back up then we reinstalled Ventura and should have been able to presset tiem macjine in teh Menu bar when we hit :time machine : show in menu bar nothing happened > we started the mac a few time and started a new reinstallation of Ventura ..same result
