I have purchased my MacBook Air M1 last year and there was no damage to the screen since I normally don't carry it with me. Today when I opened the lid I suddenly realised there are faint grey lines all over the screen. Lines are not visible in super black or white backgrounds. That being said, I see no lines when I am on apple logo screen. What should I do?
