Mac mini (2018) randomly disconnects and connects every Bluetooth devices

My Mac mini (2018) randomly disconnects and connects every Bluetooth devices.


I'm using Apple Magic Mouse 2 and Apple Magic Keyboard with Numeric Keypad, both of them are new.

The log really doesn’t tell us why.


One cause could be a poorly shielded USB drive, device and/or high speed USB cable(s). If you have any of those near the Mac mini or in-between your Mac mini, keyboard and mouse? Try moving the drive, device and/or cable(s) off to one side or behind the Mac mini.

It is starting to sound like you have more than one problem and those reports are impossible to read.


In the beginning you came here with random Bluetooth disconnects, but made no mention of crashing.


So now to be clear, are you saying that the Bluetooth issue is fixed, but now the Mac Mini is crashing?


If so, please get and run EtreCheckPro, from > https://etrecheck.com/en/index.html

Then post the EtreCheckPro report, as per > https://discussions.apple.com/docs/DOC-250000211
