Each time I go to upgrade the CATALINA, it tells me that my Macintosh HD does not have enough room. I upgraded my storage.

You say that you upgraded your storage. What does that mean? Storage is not upgraded. Either it is used or files are deleted to clear space.
it is not updating the macOS Catalina as it says the disk does not have enough space but I just upgraded my storage
