Where us control center on 10.0.1

In 10.0.1 I cannot access control center. I have enjoyed being able to ping my phone. Pushing side button (which has been suggested) brings up SOS screen.

Pushing and holding the side button brings up the SOS screen.

Pushing much more briefly brings up Control Center.
