trying to connect an APPLE TV device

I have an older Apple TV box and trying to download the youtubetv app through my Apple TV box. I have no search bar to look for app on this model. how can I get it on my Apple TV?

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 13.5

only appletv HD (4g) and appletv 4k has any storage to store apps on so older models does not have an app store

Does it have an App Store? Only 4th generation (HD) and later Apple TVs have an App Store and can install apps.
