How can I do a software update on my iPhone 6 without a computer

I have my settings turned on to do a automatic software update and it want download another update passed 12.5

The iPhone 6 is ancient and unsupported. It cannot be updated beyond iOS 12. The most recent update available for an iPhone 6 is iOS 12.5.7.

If you want to use features or apps that require iOS 13 or later, you will need to purchase a newer model iPhone.
