Gray desktop screen senoma update

I have same issue... grey screen delay before showing desk top. Slows up start-up process.

It will get eventually get to desk top screen...(.but note sometimes missing the dock?)

I did a safe mode and restarted...worked fine until the next start up after shutting down.

Grey screen delay came back..

So still an issue..

Same thing is happening to me on my M1 MacBook Pro. Just started a couple days ago.
