Beats Studio pro 2023 static noice in left ear (with anc)

I don’t know if anyone is still having this problem but I was having the same problem with the noise cancellation feature straight out of the package. I was like this can’t be right these are brand new. These are the first pair of beats earbuds I ever owned so I did all the troubleshooting tips to try and fix the problem to no avail. I was like let me google and see if I put them in my ear correctly and come to find out the wasn’t in correctly such a foolish thing on my part but I saw how they was supposed be inserted in your and once I corrected the static in the left ear stopped. I no longer hear static maybe it will help everyone else like it helped me.

Any updates? Having same exact issue on left side and return window expired at Target for me 😡

Update: Had my headphones shipped to the store for pick-up arrived by Feb 8 so, quick turnaround from NC.

Issue fixed. Shipped from store on the 3rd, and it was ready for pick up on the 8th. No more static noise.

I have a solution to stop the noise: Go into settings, you should see your device near the top, tap that, then under noise control, set that to off.

Some users have found a workaround to the problem: Turning off noise control. You can do this by selecting the headphones (near the top of the settings menu), and turning off noise control.

hold the power button for 10 seconds then release the power button. the noice should go away after that

yes that works but of you want/need the anc on then its a pain

I have the same problem it sucks and it right away. Idk if it’s a beats problem or a apple problem
