order placed but no confirmation
I ordered an iPad 10th generation- silver (256gb)
I already made the payment and the payment was completed and successful yet I received a notification that said that it's possible that my payment authorisation timed out or the bank's response was delayed. But if my payment was processed, my order will be completed and apple will send an order acknowledgement email.
I am really disappointed with the apple service. I need my order confirmation as soon as possible because the payment is successful and the transaction was already done.
