Remove Apple ID from my device

You can only remove the Activation Lock on your iPhone, if you know the password for the shown Apple ID.

In case this iPhone has been registered to another owner, only the previous owner can remove the Activation Lock.

You can go to settings>your name on top>log out

If your name on top is greyed out and you cannot access your Apple Id's settings. this is most of the times due to screen time restrictions, go to settings>screen time>content and privacy restrictions and turn those off. See if the issue persist after that
