Disable it in Restrictions:

1. Go to: Settings
2. Tap: Screen Time
3. Tap: Content & Privacy Retrictions
4. Tap: Location Services
5. Tap: Location Services (So that it s green)

Check with the Lost & Found department of the facility you were in, seeing if it has been handed over.

C. Contact Local Authorities:

See if the community police, or local security guards at the front door, can across it.

D. Use Craigslist:

Put a post on Craigslist, seeing if it has been found.

It is not possible to turn on Location Services unless you have the phone in your possession.

Please turn on Location Services and Find My on your replacement phone.
