want a refund for a subscription

i renewed a subscription through apple settings and it didn’t apply to the chosen app so i would like a redound for the subscription since it didn’t apply

If you got an email receipt, use the 'Report a Problem' link in it. Otherwise, click here and ask the iTunes Store staff for a refund.
