I want to buy iphone but iphone 15 pro max in US has a price of 1199USD however the same specs iphone 15 pro max in UAE has a price of 5099AED(that is 1388USD).
Why this difference in price as I can only buy from dubai.

Perhaps conversion rates are fluid like always so you don’t necessarily get a perfect price matching. Just because it’s one price in the US does not mean it should be the exact equivalent in your country. You can contact Apple directly about this though but ultimately whatever the price is in the country you are purchasing in is the price you should expect to pay. Not the equivalent of the price in the US
