it can be done if

you have an appletv box
you have a tv that support airplay go here Apple TV app - Devices - Apple (EG) scroll down to airplay 2 enabled tvs
your tv support something like chromecast or the likes and you go to app store on your iphone and find apps that support chromecast of the display
your tv maker have their own app enabling such things
