Shazam not loading on my iPhone, is the Shazam system down

All of a sudden my Shazam app stopped working. It does not open anymore. I’ve reinstalled the app but still nothing

Shazam not working I've used Shazam for years. Approximately 2 weeks ago it stopped working. First I rebooted my IPhone 11 Pro. I deleted the app and reinstalled it. The Shazam app installs however when i tap the icon it doesnt open at all. It simply flashes up on screen and then disappears.

Shazam does not work on my iPhone 14 Pro When I tap to Shazam I get a message: Technical difficulties! Please restart the app and we'll make sure we're ready for the next song. I have restarted it many times and shut off my phone etc. Still get the same message.

Hello renepulidorw,

We would like to see how we can help you with Shazam not working as expected. Let's check one possible cause. Go to Settings > Accessibility > Display & Text Size and switch Bold Text off. Go ahead and restart the iPhone after doing this, and let us know if the issue persists.

Go to your phone settings, go into Display & Bightness, Uncheck BOLD text… You might have to restart phone, but that should bring back your Shazam! 🙂

If you take the Bold font off your phone Shazam will work
