my 0.5 camera is showing purple and green lines one it

so about 1-2 weeks ago my 0.5 camera started having purple and green lines on it. It would go away if i rubbed on it or restarted the camera app. It would also become brighter in dark areas. But today is started to not go away. It also happens on apps too. Tiktok, snapchat,etc. In the photo, that’s what it shows to me when i click on 0.5. Also, when i was testing it again a few minutes ago, i rubbed the camera and it went back to normal. Does this mean i need a new phone or do i have a virus. I’m so confused
