Apple Watch not showing the weather even if you only have one city or just default to current location. Unpair, repair, restart, …
are all temporary solutions and it’s stopped working after a day or so.
THERE IS A BUG, FIX IT
please don’t repeat the solution with unparing/paring, restart, reset, or whatever doesn’t make sense instead of fixing it. People don’t have time for keep resting their phone and watch!

That was not the right answer, probably you know too. The right answer is the highlighted fix in the screenshot I attached to the email reply to this message. It is the fix Apple added to the latest update WatchOS 10.1:
