I am having to write this over and over because the magic apple mouse that came with imac computer causes the screen to jump back or jump forward when hand just hovering over mouse and often can't get back to original screen, my information is gone, have to write things over and over. This has been going on for many months, since I started using this mouse. Any tips?

Can you clarify what you mean by "hovering"? An Apple Magic Mouse won't do anything unless touched. It is possible to swipe between pages. Check the mouse settings.

Have you tried another brand of mouse?
Just a note, Trackpads are useless to me as they do exactly that... move the cursor just getting near it, not touching it at all. :(

I think so, could never get a watch that wouldn't qive up the ghost in a short period of time, had a $2 Pocket watch that lasted almost a month.
I am hopeful that turning off the swiping between pages under "more gestures" in settings is going to solve the problem, it feels better so far, will let you know for sure soon. Thank you!
