Lock to owner activation locked.
Just recently bought an iPhone 13 pro max and haven't been able to use the phone due to the fact that is owner locked some one please help

Ask the seller to remove the lock or give you a refund, or if applicable, ask the people running the store or website you bought it through for a refund. It's an anti-theft measure.
