Right earbud of Powerbeats Pro is not playing audio

My Powerbeats pro is only playing audio out of the left ear bud, but it says both are connected. The right ear bud, despite not making noise, has all functions in the buttons. A hard reset of the headphones did not work. Suggestions?

Troubleshooting Beats Powerbest Pro Audio:


A. Verify the Balance:

  1. Go to: Settings
  2. Tap: General
  3. Tap: Accessibility
  4. Scroll Down: to Hearing
  5. Adjust: the audio volume balance


B. Clear Out Earwax:

C. Contact Beats:

If need be, download some drivers from the manufacturer's web site. Contact the manufacturer, and request assistance with setting this up, if a Bluetooth connection is not instantaneously achievable.
