Why won’t my iPhone 11 update to IOS 16.7.1
My iPhone will get to the part where it says update requested and it fails

Please try again:
You need about 8 GB device storage and good Service and/or Wi-Fi.
If they are On, turn Off Hotspot & VPN.
Charge the battery > 70%.
Go to Settings -> General -> Software Update -> Download and Install.
