Hi, I just moved to Germany and changed the Region to Germany, the app store language changed to German. I already tried changing the iPhone language Settings/General/... without any result. The app Store remains in German no matter the iPhone's preferred language.

The App Store's language is not affected by the language settings on your device.
App Store language is the primary language of the country. In Germany, it's in German. In France, it's in French. Etc.
