How can I change some of my Apple device names; for example, change iPhone 11 Pro to iPhone 14 Pro in my list of devices?

Go to Settings/General/About on the device and you can edit the device name.

Thanks. Then how do I add my wife’s new MacBook Air to the list?
If she has a different Apple ID (and she should) it will only appear on the list if she is part of a family sharing plan. She can change the name the same way; in System Settings.
She is part of my family sharing plan. Her other devices show up, but the new MacBook Air does not.
Is it logged in to here Apple ID? If she logs in to https://appleid.apple.com does she see it? And, is Find My Mac enabled on it?
