Deleting system fonts.

To remove system fonts:

Open Font Book / Settings / Sidebar / Activate “System Fonts” by checking box if not

Highlight System Fonts in sidebar

Return to Settings / Advanced / Reset Fonts

Not sure the purpose of your screen shot...

the above help topic article clearly states when resetting:

Any fonts you’ve installed are placed in /Library/Fonts (Removed) or in ~/Library/Fonts (Removed).

Your titled is still miss leading or misguided: "Deleting system fonts."

That does nothing to any fonts in the System folder. They are always active and the user has no method of removing, or even deactivating them.

All that does is Show or Hide.
