iCloud storage
My iPhone has iCloud back up for both my phone and my iPad. Can I delete the iPad back up off my phone since the iPad has its own backup? I am trying to free up iCloud storage.

The backup isn't stored on either your phone or your iPad, it is stored in iCloud. When you go to Settings > [username] > iCloud > Manage Account Storage > Backups on any device, you can see a list of all of your iCloud backups. If you do that on your iPhone and delete you iPad backup there, it will be deleted from iCloud and will no longer available to restore your iPad.
